Return & Replacement Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes changes may be necessary after placing an order. However, once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you’ve opted for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, cancellation is possible if and when our team contacts you for order verification.

If you need to update your address or contact information, please reach out to us at support@solsystre.in within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier). Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes once your order has been dispatched.


Return & Replacement Policy

At Solsystre, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer returns, replacements, or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  1. The product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, all accessories, and the original sales receipt.

Procedure for Return or Replacement:

To initiate a return or replacement, please send an email to support@solsystre.in from your registered email address, including the following details:

  1. Clear images and videos: Show the damaged products, any leakage or spillage (if applicable), and images of the mono-carton, outer packaging. Please note that the video must clearly showcase the unboxing of the package in order to evidence the damaged products, leakage or spillage. This helps us verify the condition of the product and the cause of the damage.
  2. Wrong product or missing items: If the wrong product was delivered or an item is missing, kindly include clear images and video footage taken while unboxing the package and of the open package along with the products received for our understanding and confirmation.

Once we receive this information, our team will review your request within 5-7 working days and provide a resolution. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping and Quality Check:

  • All orders products which have been approved to be exchanged from our end will need to be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. Notwithstanding the above, this shall not apply in an instance where there has been visible damage or breakage caused to the product containers during the transit and the same shall be replaced by us without any cost. Provided that, you agree to share the images and videos of the damaged products while unboxing for our record and confirmation for replacement. 
  • Once the return package is received by our warehouse team, we will conduct a quality check of the product and also validate the product weight.  The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 48-72 hours once the quality and weight check are completed and you will be provided with the new consignment tracking details via an email on your registered email id.

  • Product Sensitivities: Solsystre is not responsible for any individual reactions to specific ingredients. We list key ingredients in each product description, so please review this information before purchasing. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend performing an allergy patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
