1. Order Processing Time:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges:
We offer various shipping options based on your location. Shipping charges may/will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of the products, and the destination address. Please note that the shipping fee may vary based on the delivery service selected.

3. Delivery Time:
Domestic Orders:

  • Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp by us or by our courier partner. You can track your order using the given link or number on the courier service’s website.

5. Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Solsystre is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 6. Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we rely on third-party courier services and so we ship to all cities within India but some pin codes may not be serviceable depending on the pin codes serviced by the courier partner.

7. Signature Requirement:
For certain high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will leave instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a local courier office.

8. Lost or Damaged Items:
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, accidents can happen. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including pictures and videos of the damage. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide a resolution such as a replacement or refund.

9. Delays and Shipping Issues:
While we strive to meet the expected delivery times, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays, such as weather and natural disruptions, disasters or holidays. Solsystre is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

10. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items ordered. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

11. Free Shipping Offers:
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts that include free shipping. Please review the terms and conditions of each offer, as free shipping may apply only to certain locations or order amounts.

12. Delivery Attempts and Returns:
If a delivery is attempted but not successfully completed (due to no one being home to receive the package), the courier will typically make another attempt. After the attempt, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package is re-shipped.
